Johor Darul Takzim have officially confirmed the capture of ex-Sarawak midfielder Junior Eldstal, for the 2015 season of Malaysian football.
The Swedish-Malaysian footballer announced his departure from Sarawak via his Instagram account last month, subsequently driving speculations regarding his immediate future.
However, the Southern Tigers have now put an end to those rumours, by confirming the signing via their official Facebook page. The defensive midfielder has signed a one-year contract, though the terms were not disclosed.
Junior initially plied his trade with several lower league clubs in England, before being offered a contract by Sarawak FA in 2013, following his impressive trial. Since then, he has represented Malaysia at both the U-23 level as well as at the senior level.
