TMJ demands explanation for misappropriation of UniKL & MARA funds

“Remember, don’t wake a sleeping tiger. I don’t disturb people, so don’t disturb me.”

Those are the warning words from Tunku Ibrahim Tunku Ismail (TMJ) as he made some alarming revelations.

In a Facebook post this morning, TMJ called out a certain “Tan Sri” who always seem to have a problem with him. TMJ claimed that the “Tan Sri”, who is the Pro-Chancellor at UniKL and Chairman of MARA, used his position to sponsor the Kelantan teams using funds meant for students and other Malaysians.

“Before using Faiz Subri’s success for your popularity by saying that I am arrogant, why doesn’t Tan Sri come forward to give an explanation about sponsorship money from Mara investments and UniKL who were forced to sponsor the Red Warriors team?” TMJ said on his Facebook page.

The Crown Prince also posted official receipts of the transactions to prove his claim.

TMJ further explained that actions of the “Tan Sri” also led to the reduction of scholarships allocated for Malaysian students. UniKL was forced to cut down their scholarship funds from RM 2 billion to RM 1.3 billion.

The “Tan Sri” that TMJ is referring to is believed to be Tan Sri Annuar Musa, former president of the Kelantan FA (KAFA).

At the end of the post, he demanded that the “Tan Sri” explain the direction of Pelaburan MARA and UniKL and the funds belong to all Malaysian.
