According to ex-Chelsea and Arsenal defender William Gallas, Manchester United forward Anthony Martial is a better player than Gunners legend Thierry Henry — at his age.
“Anthony Martial has the potential to be one of the best wingers in the world.
“I don’t think he should play up front, but on the flanks,” he said on Astro Supersport.
Astro Supersport presenter Adam Carruthers suggested the comparison between Anthony Martial and Thierry Henry when he was a winger during his time at Italian giants Juventus.
“Anthony Martial has more qualities than Thierry Henry, at his age,” William Gallas added.
Will the French youngster be able to emulate one of the best finishers of world football? Could he even be better than the World Cup and European Football Championship winner?
