Cristiano Ronaldo loves scoring spectacular goals, doesn’t he?
The Real Madrid attacker scored a scorcher of a goal in his side’s 2-0 triumph over Roma earlier today, taking his tally for the season to 33 goals in 31 appearances.
He received a through ball from Marcelo down the sideline, ran after it side-by-side with Alessandro Florenzi, once he got to it, he did what he does to every other defender and slammed it to the top corner. Textbook Cristiano Ronaldo.
That goal now means that Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 89 Champions League goals, 9 more than Barcelona’s Lionel Messi.
What a way to silence your critics.
