Fresh talent may take time to shine but for the case of Moto3 rookie Adam Norrodin, the racer managed to put on a great display of skills with his Honda NSF250RW during the Moto3 pre-season test in the Circuit de la Comunitat Valencia Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, Spain.
Racing under DRIVE M7 SIC Racing Team, Adam’s professionalism and ability to blend in with the atmosphere received praises from team manager John Stigefelt.
“Adam is still young and hungry for success. He wants to learn and we’re ready to guide him. Our task is to make him the better racer and give him better experience in his career,” said John as quoted from Bernama.
“We want him to do his best since the very beginning. I can see that during the first test in Valencia, Adam is really talented.”
Even though the 17 year-old still lacks experience in the sport, John thinks that Adam has presented utmost confidence and interest in learning and improving.
Adam will be continuing with two more days of practice sessions in Jerez before making his debut in the Moto3 racing, which will take place in Qatar this coming March.
Meanwhile, the youngster himself conveyed his excitement on racing under the team and claimed that his participation in the Moto3 racing is a big leap in his career.
“All the staff were really friendly and I feel at ease with them. I still have a lot to learn because all of this is new to me- the motorcycle, the team, championship and circuit.”
“But I am absolutely positive upon facing this season’s challenge. My aim is to learn as much as possible and build up my confidence.”
