Gary Neville has always been a bit of an enigma.
He was part of the Class of 92 folks that broke through at Man United, but he was never quite as talented as the other lads – particularly David Beckham and Ryan Giggs – were.
But the hardworking player eventually went on to play for the first team, before eventually becoming United’s skipper after the departure of Roy Keane. Today, he stands as a true Man United great and is widely regarded as the best fullback to have played for the club.
Gary is currently a pundit with SkySports and is quickly becoming a fan favourite with his astute analysis. But here’s the thing. If you don’t know his background well enough, there is more to Gary than meets the eye.
