Man United fans, you will love this! Diego Forlan is widely acknowledged as a talent that never quite made it at Old Trafford, with the exception of two amazing strikes against Liverpool. But the Uruguayan forward has excelled in most of this other teams, including the national team as he shined impeccably during the 2010 World Cup.
Forlan currently plies his trade with Cerezo Osaka in Japan, and he’s already an influential player within the J-League, as you will be able to see in the video below. The experienced striker bagged a hat-rick in their 3-0 win over Kyoto recently, scoring them all from set-piece situations.
His first two goals were both spot kicks, before he then produced a sensational 40-yard free-kick finish to make it 3-0 and seal the match ball as well!
