Marco Tulio’s future away from Perak FA

Marco Tulio will almost certainly depart Perak FA as soon as the April transfer window opens, with head coach Datuk M. Karathu keen on bringing in two brand new foreign players.

The Seladangs have had a decent start to the season, though their over-dependence on South Korean forward Namkung Woong, has been pretty evident. He has already netted a considerable amount of goals this season, particularly in the FA Cup, where his four goals has propelled the Seladangs into the quarter finals.

Coach Karathu did previously voice his displeasure at the their Brazilian forward Chad Souza and it was relatively apparent that he would leave the club in April, but it now appears that Marco Tulio would be joining the bandwagon as well.

The Brazilian attacker joined Perak midway through last year, and was the only foreign player to have been retained from last year’s squad. But injury delayed his return the team, and even since his return, the 34 year-old hasn’t been a first team favourite; further enhancing speculations on his immediate future.

But besides that, speculations also suggests that Marco Tulio’s decision to voice his displeasure over Karathu’s reluctance to alter his tactics on Facebook, played a part in ruining his future with the club. However there has been no official word from both parties regarding that matter.

Either way, it seems likely that Perak will be snapping up two new foreign players in April, which could be a massive boost to their hopes of doing well this season.
