Eden Hazard is on the verge of signing a brand new five-year contract with Chelsea, that will see him become the highest paid player within the Chelsea dressing room.
Both parties have been negotiating this deal for quite some time now, after Chelsea made the initial offer about three months ago. However it now seems that both parties have reached an amicable understanding, with Hazard set to earn £200,000-a-week upon the renewal of his contract.
Chelsea upped their efforts to tie Hazard down, with rumours suggesting that several other top European clubs are monitoring his situation at Stamford Bridge.
PSG are reportedly keen signing him after missing out on Angel Di Maria last summer, and Real Madrid are also keen, despite the speculation being a little too heavy considering that suggests a Bale-Hazard swap.
However, with Hazard set to sign the new deal, interests from other sides will be nullified, allowing Jose Mourinho to continue executing his long term plans for the Blues.
