Perak FA have reportedly clinched a deal that would see Bobby Gonzales play for them in the 2015 season of Malaysian football.
The Bos Gaurus were on the hunt for new forwards, having released Shahrizal Saad, Milan Purovic and Abdulafees Abdulsalam last month. Bobby is not an unfamiliar name within the Perak set-up, as they were close to signing him last year, before he opted to make the move over to PDRM.
However, Perak upped their interest this time around, and with the air of uncertainty surrounding PDRM and it’s goals for next season, Bobby was said to be keen on making the move as well.
The former Sarawak forward is extremely solid in front of goal on his days, and has an exemplary record within the local football scene, particularly in Sarawak’s 2013 Premier League campaign, where he fired 28 goals throughout the year.
