Hertha Berlin seem to have triggered a new trend in social media!
Just over a week ago, the German side’s official Twitter account launched a cheeky offer for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the tweet undoubtedly went viral on the internet!
No contract at @ManUtd – we've great fans, but still no cash: BUT YOU CAN WIN @bundesliga_de for 1st time 🎉 Think about it @Ibra_official pic.twitter.com/4mx0rEmMXr

A few days later, news of Cristiano Ronaldo wanting to leave Real Madrid broke across the globe, with the Portuguese star reportedly being unhappy at the way he has been treated over a fresh tax evasion scandal in Spain.
Naturally, Hertha Berlin’s social media team jumped at the opportunity!
Ronaldo wants to leave @realmadrid. No cash, but galactic challenge and Berlin will love you like a son. 👑Interested, @Cristiano? #hahohe pic.twitter.com/qRdSDXS9jJ

English side Bolton Wanderers also jumped on the bandwagon and sarcastically denied their intentions of signing Ronaldo – yet another tweet that sent social media into frenzy mode!
We can confirm we won't be holding talks with Cristiano Ronaldo 😉 #BWFC https://t.co/dw4Z9p76qR

Today, Malaysian Premier League outfit UiTM FC also took to Twitter to categorically deny ‘rumours’ of them being interested in bringing the ex-Manchester United star over to Shah Alam.
Excited to being link with but we officially announce this is not going to happen as there is no suitable course for @Cristiano at UiTM. 🙏🏻 pic.twitter.com/jrEiGK5ow4

No suitable courses? What a bummer indeed! He does look good in a UiTM FC jersey!
