Melaka United’s team manager Datuk Wira Mohd Yusoff Mahadi confirmed this morning that they will (heavy-heartedly) let go of their veteran midfielder, Amri Yahyah.
Amri Yahyah will be returning to his former club, Selangor, where he spent 12 years of his career.
The 36-year-old left Selangor in 2013 to join Johor Darul Ta’zim. At the end of 2016, Amri joined Melaka United to bolster their squad with this skills and vast experience.
Amri Yahyah, who is also Malaysia’s national team captain, is well-known for his goal-scoring prowess, so we thought we’d look back at this spectacular goal he scored against Manchester United back in 2009.
