Sometimes you can’t help but be frustrated with referees because of bad decisions. But of course, decisions concerning offsides and spot-kicks are the hardest of all to call and therefore, sometimes their mistakes are acceptable.
However, there are situations where the decisions of the referees were shockingly wrong despite it being so clear. Notable referees such as Howard Webb who refereed the 2010 UEFA Champions League and World Cup finals are included in the list.
