Terengganu FC II – formerly known as T-Team FC – have completed the signature of Patrick Dos Santos Cruz from Indonesian side Mitra Kukar FC.
The Brazilian forward has been on their radar for a considerable period of time, and Terengganu FC II’s CEO, Mohd Syarizan even went as far as suggesting that Cruz’s playing style is identical to FC Barcelona’s Neymar.
After proper evaluation was conducted, the East Coast side eventually pushed for a late move and completed the signing just before the transfer window closed over the weekend.
Cruz comes in as a replacement for Croatian forward Tomislav Busic, who has been officially released by the club.
“We’d like to thank Busic for his services to the team, who was with the team from April 2015, after replacing Farhod Tajiev,” Terengganu FC II’s CEO, Mohd Syarizan told Harian Metro.
