Thai league side Buriram United are on the verge of sealing a major deal to secure the signature of former Barcelona starlet Keirrison from Coritiba.
The 27 year-old has reportedly been a transfer target of Buriram for quite a while, before the finalized their attempt to sign him recently.
He signed for Barcelona in 2009, after impressing during his time in Coritiba as well as Palmeiras, but he was never granted a first team appearance during his time with the Blaugranas.
The Brazilian forward had loan spells with Benfica, Fiorentina, Santos and Cruzeiro, before eventually rejoining his ex-club Coritiba on a permanent deal.
He will now be featuring in the Thai league, which arguably the one of the fastest-growing football leagues in Asia.
