The Washington Wizards have exercised their four-year contract option on Bradley Beal, and their third-year option on Otto Porter. Both players were taken as the No.3 overall pick in their respective drafts.
Beal, who was selected in 2012, averaged 17.5 points last season. The guard recently broke a bone in his left wrist during a preseason game, and is expected to be sidelined for up to six weeks.
Porter meanwhile joined the Wizards in 2013, averaging only 2.1 points and 1.5 rebounds in 37 games last season.
