This has got to be the pick of the week, as far as off-pitch videos are concerned; especially for South-East Asian football fans. The durian is a fruit that largely exists within the said region, and it’s regarded as the King of Fruits as well!
But it has a unique feature about it. The smell may be relatively pungent, but the taste is the complete opposite, though on a large scale, it divides people into two sections. Those who like and those who don’t. Believe it or not, there’s barely any fence-sitters when it comes to the durian.
The Arsenal squad will be travelling to Singapore for a pre-season match this July and as part of the promotion, some of the players were introduced to the durian, and it produced some hilarious reactions!
