Chelsea have won the Premier League title with three games to spare, after sealing a narrow 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
Eden Hazard missed a penalty, but scored from the rebound, to ultimately secure the win that handed them their fifth Premier League title ever.
The Blues have been absolutely brilliant this season, winning 28 games thus far while only losing six games. At the same time, they have conceded the fewest amount of goals this season, letting in 27 goals in 35 games.
Captain John Terry was visibly ecstatic at the end of 90 minutes, saying: “I live for this. I was a mascot here, I’ve painted the stadium, I’ve done everything. We’re gonna enjoy it.
Meanwhile, Fabregas also claimed his first ever Premier League title and was delighted with the achievement. “I’ve waited a very long time for this. I’m very proud. We’ve got a party now!,” the former Arsenal skipper said.
