According to Sky in Italy, Nicolo Zaniolo is very close to rejoining Europa League winners Atalanta in his own country.
Zaniolo played for Aston Villa on loan from Galatasaray during the previous season, appearing in 39 games and tallying three goals for the Premier League team.
According to Sky Italia, Atalanta will pay Galatasaray about £3 million up front for a season-long loan.
The agreement calls for a £13.5 million buyout if the midfield player starts 60 percent of Atalanta’s games the following season. Galatasaray may also receive additional bonuses totaling up to an additional £2.1 million.
