Ex-Kelantan FA striker Baze Ilijoski has become the latest individual to publicly slam the Red Warriors for issues pertaining to unpaid wages.
With FIFPro jumping on the bandwagon by posting a tweet regarding the status of unpaid wages involving Kelantan FA and its former employees, Ilijoski also took to his Instagram account to vent his frustrations towards the club.
This comes after the Malaysian outfit announced the appointment of a new technical director yesterday, which did not go down too well with several former employees.
The club reportedly owes salaries to the likes of Ilijoski, Jonathan McKain and even former boss Velizar Popov – all of whom have now had their say via social media over the last few months.
But for McKain, yesterday’s piece of news was too hard to swallow, given that he’s been fighting for almost seven months now.
To see Kelantan have signed a new coach and foreigner without paying outstanding contracts is so wrong. Over 7 months now. 😔😔 @FAM_Malaysia

Just pay your debts so we can all move on. Enough is enough. We all have families @TRWFC @KelateFA @FAM_Malaysia @pfamalaysia

His tweets didn’t only catch the attention of fans in Malaysia. Instead, it was compelling enough for FIFPro to issue a direct question towards Football Association of Malaysia.
Clubs have debts and continue as though nothing is wrong? Why is this tolerated, @FAM_Malaysia? (Cc: @pfamalaysia)https://t.co/rvwfnbpdCU
