Perak and Kedah battled out a rather scrappy 1-1 draw in Ipoh earlier today, with the poor pitch condition having an adverse effect on the quality of the match.
But one man rose above every negative factor to produce a moment of pure quality. With his side facing the prospect of potentially losing their second consecutive game at the Perak stadium, Baddrol Bakthiar stepped up and produced an impeccable free-kick that left Hafizul Hakim with absolutely no chance, in between Perak’s sticks.
The goal went on to help the Red Eagles secure a valuable point as well, which allows them to maintain the gap with second placed Pahang FA. Check out the video of his strike below!
