He’s been an absolute revelation since bursting into the scene with Barca and has gone to cement his status with clinical performances that are astonishingly consistent as well.

And that’s precisely why Gatorade’s new advert – featuring Lionel Messi – is absolutely brilliant. The advert is called ‘Dont’ Go Down’, which has been the story of Messi’s life. He’s had to battle plenty of odds from a very young age, but the Argentinian superstar has emerged victorious every single time.
