Pandelela Rinong and Nur Dhabitah Sabri have officially booked their spot in the final of the women’s individual 10 meter platform event, which is scheduled to take place later today.
Both individuals produced a topsy-turvy performance in the semis, and Dhabitah in particular, will be relieved after scraping into the final by virtue of securing an 11th-placed finish.
Pandelela on the other hand, did well in her first three dives, before slowing down with her last two dives. That said, points accumulated from her first three attempts were more than enough for her to secure a sixth placed finish.
The final is scheduled to take place at 3am (Malaysian time), tomorrow!
