National golfer, Shaaban Hussin who was seriously injured in a horrifying accident with his superbike on the 31st of March appears to be recovering at a positive pace.
According to his elder brother, Mohd. Shawal, Shaaban has started showing signs of recovery after an operation to broken left hand.
“Shaaban is still admitted in HKL (Kuala Lumpur Hospital). The operation to his left hand has been completed successfully. With God’s grace, he is slowly responding to stimuli on his left hand,” he told Berita Harian.
“My brother is currently being observed closely by doctors and will be undergoing constant check-ups to his left-hand. It’s a continuous process.
“Either way, I am grateful because my brother has regained his consciousness and is in a calm state of mind. He has accepted the tragedy.
“However, I don’t think Shabaan will be discharged from the hospital anytime soon,” he added.
We’d like to wish Shaaban Hussin a speedy recovery. #PrayForShaaban
