Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) manager, Mario Gomez claims that his side’s excellent form on home turf will give them a significant advantage when they take on Kelantan tonight.
The Argentine coach said it’s important for the Southern Tigers to maintain their winning momentum to strengthen their position on the top of the league.
History is on JDT’s side as they have never dropped a single point against Kelantan since 2013, and Gomez is riding on that record to boost his side’s confidence.
“Based on the record in all competitions, we have never lost and dropped a single point against them in Larkin. This will give us strength to maintain our home dominance.
“Besides that, I’ll field all of our main players to secure the victory,” he said, as quoted by Utusan Online.
