FMLLP: We have nothing to hide

The CEO of Football Malaysia Limited Liability Partnership (FMLLP), Kevin Ramalingam said he is unsure what Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) owner, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim meant in his claims that there is swindling involved in ticket sales for the FA Cup and Malaysia Cup final.

Kevin said his side has nothing to hide about the match because the management report has been handed over to the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) and all of the teams that took part.

He also explained that FMLLP is managing the Malaysia League for the first time this year and they just handled the FA Cup final between JDT and PKNS FC, last May.

“I can’t comment on what happened before the final because I’m not in charge of it. It’s definitely not right for me to say anything about it.

“FMLLP is still new and we only have the experience of managing one FA Cup final, so I’m not sure what kind of dishonesty we have done, as per claimed.

“With that said, the management of FMLLP take serious consideration in TMJ’s warning and we have to make sure we are not the cause of any dirty dealings,” he told Utusan Malaysia.

TMJ has previously released a statement on JDT’s JOHOR Southern Tigers Facebook page, claiming he owns a pendrive containing all the corrupt dealings in FAM.
