Who would have expected FELDA United to be top of the Super League (MSL) after seven games? Irfan Bakti did and wants them to continue to stay that way until the season ends.
FELDA United have collected 18 points out of a possible 21 (one loss to Johor Darul Ta’azim) and are dedicating themselves to a win against PDRM, who are third in the league. Head coach Irfan Bakti has urged his team to maintain their discipline against The Cops tonight.
“The players must double their efforts by giving a better performance than previous games in order to win and gain all three points,” the ex-Selangor boss said as quoted by Sinar Harian.
“PDRM is not a weak team due to their unpredictable gameplay. We cannot take underestimate them because they have caused upsets to big teams this season.
“We promise to give 100% tonight,” Irfan Bakti concluded.
PDRM’s topscorer Ali Ashfaq will not feature tonight after suffering an injury.
