Organized by the International e-Sports Federation (IeSF), the 8th E-Sports World Championships will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia, this October.
The championship will run for 3 days at the Ancol Beach City Auditorium. Similar to the Olympic Games, participants of this competition will compete in a team that represents their country.
Prior to the final rounds, qualifiers will be held in respective countries to finalize the gamers that will represent their nation on the international arena.
The official game titles to be contended in this year’s edition of the championship will be announced soon by IeSF.
Serbia will evidently be favourites for the overall title, having clinched at last year’s edition of the tournament in Seoul, Korea.
