FELDA United winger Hadin Azman is still reeling with delight after he scored the first goal in his side’s 3-1 win over Selangor at the Tun Abdul Razak Stadium (STAR) on Friday.
The ex-Johor Darul Ta’azim (JDT) man received a through ball from Lutfulla Turaev and he outran Bunyamin Umar to score on the rebound after Norazlan Razali saved his first effort. He has now scored three goals in seven Malaysia Super League (MSL) games for FELDA United. The Fighters sit at the top of the league with 18 points from seven matches.
“I am still buzzing after scoring on Friday. The feeling was unbelievable because it was against one of the best teams in the country,” Hadin Azman told FourthOfficial.com.
“I’m grateful to be at this club because of my teammates, officials and the amazing fans.
Liberian duo Francis Forkey Doe and Zah Rahan Krangar scored the other goals and including Hadin Azman, they have scored ten goals between them in the MSL, which amounts to more than 60% of FELDA United’s goals in the top flight of the Malaysian football this season.
“They have been tremendous at the club so far and I really admire them personally.
“Francis and Zah are some of my closest friends at the club and I am learning more from them every day at training sessions, team meetings and importantly, matchdays.
FELDA United will face PDRM in Jengka next week before traveling to Ipoh four days later.
“We will face a tough PDRM side who have climbed to third in the league, and Perak four days later in Ipoh, where not many goals are scored,” Hadin Azman concluded.
