Earlier this week, Singaporean football fans went wild after it was revealed that Jose Mourinho would be in town for several commercial activities involving the Peter Lim Foundation.
But that wasn’t the only thing on his schedule. The Special One took some time out to meet Johor Darul Ta’azim owner Tunku Ismail ibni Sultain Ibrahim, alongside his agent Jorge Mendes earlier today.
The Johor Southern Tigers page posted images of their meeting earlier today, though the agenda wasn’t revealed. Also spotted was Singaporean billionaire, Peter Lim, who is the owner of Valencia and has close ties with Jorge Mendes.
This meeing comes ahead of Tunku Ismail’s Euro trip, where he is set to meet leaders of Paris Saint Germain, Real Madrid as well as Barcelona, to discuss potential collaborations with the Southern Tigers.
He was initially scheduled to make the trip at the end of last year, though the passing of Tunku Jalil meant that the trip was inevitably postponed and he’s now set to depart for Europe tomorrow.
