Kelantan FA have officially confirmed the signing of former AS Roma midfielder, Jonatan Lucca.
The 22 year-old midfielder has joined from Brazilian side Atlético Paranaense and is set to be used as a key part of K. Devan’s plans for the Red Warriors this year.
Lucca started his career with Internacional, before long-time admirer Zdenek Zeman brought him over to AS Roma in 2012.
But having failed in making a strong impression, he was loaned out to Atlético Paranaense in 2014, before the move was made permanent in 2015.
At the end of last year, he was loaned out to Indian Super League side, FC Goa, where he went on to feature under the tutelage of legendary Brazilian footballer, Zico.
The announcement was made on Tan Sri Annuar Musa’s Facebook page yesterday and it was accompanied by the confirmation of two other new signings as well.
Dramane Traore, who was the MSL top scorer with PDRM FA last year, has officially signed with Kelantan and he will be partnering Brazilian forward Johnathan Aparecido da Silva, who completed his move from South Korean side Daegu FC.
