Kelantan FA are reportedly considering the option of signing Thailand’s reputable forward Teerasil Dangda, to increase their chances of doing well in the Super League this year.
The Red Warriors have secured a major sponsorship deal with Vida Beauty, a company that’s spearheaded by Datuk Seri Dr Hasmiza Othman. She is fondly known as Datuk Vida, and according to her, Kelantan should be looking to sign excellent foreign players and that Dangda fits their requirement.
“We have to work hard in getting quality foreign players, if we really want to do well this season. These are players that could even inspire a title triumph,” she told Sinar Harian
“I believe the player’s [Teerasil] arrival would be able to sharpen Kelantan’s attack and it will strike fear in every opposition team we face this season,” she added.
Dangda currently features for Muangthong United in the Thai Premier League. He previously spent half a season with Spanish La Liga side Almeria in 2014, before returning to Muangthong in January 2015.
