Kelantan FA have confirmed the appointment of Azraai Khor Abdullah as their head coach, bringing weeks of speculations to an end.
However, previous head coach George Boateng has not been sacked from the club. He has been appointed as the club’s brand new technical director and the Dutchman will also remain within the coaching set-up as a senior coach.
Tan Sri Annuar Musa confirmed the move on his Official Facebook Page earlier today, which is completely different from the initial reports of Boateng being dismissed from the club entirely.
It appears that Tan Sri Annuar Musa and the rest of the Kelantan FA management came to this solution after holding extensive meetings and discussions over the last two days. TSAM also met some of the players in Kota Bharu yesterday, to get their input on the matter.
Azraai Khor is now expected to arrive in Kota Bharu, to take charge of the side as they prepare for their next Super League match in April.
More to come…
