Johor DT have announced that a victory parade will be held within the state to publicly celebrate their AFC Cup final victory over Istiklol last weekend.
The whole JDT squad will be travelling through the streets of Johor Bahru in an open-air bus, with the parade set to begin at 8PM.
“All JDT fans are welcomed to join us tomorrow night as we celebrate team’s momentous victory,” JDT said in a statement that was released on their Facebook page.
The squad are still on their way back from Tajikistan and according to updates on the Johor Southern Tigers page, they are currently transitting in Dubai.
Their flight is expected to land at the Changi International Airport tomorrow morning, at approximately 8.30AM.
The Southern Tigers became the first Southeast Asian side to win the AFC Cup last Saturday after beating Istiklol FC in the final.
