Johor DT have officially completed the signing of Brazilian striker Paulo Rangel ahead of next year’s Malaysia Super League season.
The 31 year-old has reportedly signed a one-year deal and will be a direct replacement for Luciano Figueroa, who retired at the end of last season.
“There is no bigger and more professional club besides JDT. JDT has immense potential, and everything is here,” he said, according to the JOHOR Southern Tigers’ Facebook page.
“Every player, myself included, dreams to play here. I am thrilled to be part of the Johor football project, and I promise to give my best for JDT,” Rangel added.
His arrival completes JDT’s quota of foreign players for next season, alongside Marcos Antonio, Hariss Harun as well as Jorge Diaz.
More to come…
