It is certainly a bad day to be ‘Brendan Rodgers’.
After another disappointing draw in the Merseyside derby against Everton, Rodgers was terminated off his contract with Liverpool and asked to leave his post with immediate effect.
Twitter has been exploding with reactions, but somehow it’s being directed towards a certain Colorado Rockies shortstop with the same name!
After receiving tons of messages on Twitter, the baseball player, tweeted to explain that he wasn’t the same man who had a disappointing spell with the Reds.
IM NOT THE LIVER POOL MANAGER
