THT awarded RM10k bonus for winning MHL

Terengganu Hockey Team (THT) has been granted a whopping RM 10, 000 worth of prize money for each player and the management after their success in defending their Malaysian Hockey League (MHL) title this season.

Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman stated that the incentive was offered as an appreciation to the players on their hard work, and to the management team for claiming the title for the second time in a row.

“It’s not easy to defend their position but THT players have proved that they are indeed the best team in the country.”

“If at all THT manage to retain their TNB cup as well after this, the Terengganu government will then offer an additional reward,” he told Arena Metro.
