If you’re a United fan, chances are that you spent your whole day flickering through Twitter, waiting for updates on new signings.
Having concluded deals for Memphis Depay and Matteo Darmian, the Red Devils were also poised to confirm the capture of German superstar Bastian Schweinsteiger.
But even in the midst of waiting for official confirmation on that one, rumours continued to flood in on Morgan Schneiderlin – a player that Van Gaal was keen to pursue despite signing Bastian.
True enough, the club confirmed both deals earlier today, and all four signings will be travelling to the United States of America for their pre-season preparations!
