I don’t know, how about a “40-yard in-off-the-bar free-kick”? And why not attempt it after nine minutes on the field?
Sounds absurd and impossible? That certainly was not what Sejad Salihovic had in mind when he made the impossible to possible in his debut game with Chinese Super League club Guizhou Renhe.
The Bosnian stamped himself as a great big powerhouse when he caught everyone off-guard with his amazing attempt. His team mates mobbed him and celebrated the astonishing goal.
Despite the euphoria, Salihovic’s new club went down 2-1 against Changchun Yatai. Although, the spotlight of the game was definitely his stellar performance.
