Uwe Bindel is a major Bayern Münich fan and has gone through lengths to show his support. His fanatic instincts has pretty much played a big part of his life. Even from defying the Stasi as a teen to putting wedding anniversaries on hold, this fan has never backed down.
Uwe is also an avid fan of Lothar Matthäus and has even once kissed his boot when they met in Hungary year 1983. He received the best surprise of his life when the German player decided to make an unexpected appearance when Uwe was having lunch with his family.

Isn’t this heart-warming? If only had Bayern Munich made it to the finals, I think he would be over the moon. Nonetheless, the gift certainly would make up for the missed celebrations with his wife.
Also, being serenaded the UCL anthem while eating? I think Uwe deserves it all.
