Tan, whom earned the moniker “Amidza” (uncle) by the fans, had bagged the strong support of the Bosnian citizens since he is eager and passionate of the development of the nation. He was also mobbed by the crowd after the match.

Also the owner of Cardiff City, Tan hopes see the Bluebirds back in the Premier League but wishes to put that thought on hold and focus on Sarajevo’s next step after their magnificent triumph.

He also added that both teams will be collaborating to help each other grow as individual football clubs. The collaboration will include exchange of technical support, development of an academy, friendly games and even join training camps.
