2012 Olympic Games bronze-medallist Pandelela Rinong is through to the women’s 10m platform individual finals of the 2015 FINA Diving World Series, in London.
The Sarawak-born diver collected 353.05 points in the Flight B semi-finals to finish third, behind China’s Liu Huixia who collected 390.60 points and Tonia Couch of Britain who collected 367.10 points.
Meanwhile, fellow Malaysian Cheong Jun Hoong did not make the cut as she only managed to finish fifth after notching a total of 253.80 points in the same semi-final group.
This marks Pandelela’s best achievement in recent times, and she will have a chance of making it better when the final takes place today.
