It would be perfectly understandable if Man United fans are frustrated after their defeat to Chelsea last night, considering they dominated proceedings for most of the match, only to concede through a blitzkrieg attack from Chelsea in the first half.
The Red Devils produced chances after chances, though they inherently failed to find the back of the net, allowing Chelsea to ultimately clinch victory in this one. But it was hard to predict Louis van Gaal’s post-match sentiments.
In an interview with the BBC, the Dutchman was relatively coy in his responses, initially coming across as being frustrated with the result, before claiming that his side played their best match of the season.
But one thing for sure, he wasn’t too delighted with the refereeing!
