Andy Murray has gotten engaged to his long-time girlfriend, Kim Sears.
The former Wimbledon and US Open champion, popped the question to his partner of more than nine years, last Wednesday.
Sears, who is the daughter of former Lawn Tennis Association head of women’s tennis Nigel Sears, met Murray at the US Open in 2005.
Earlier this year Murray’s long-time friend and rival Novak Djokovic, who is one week younger than the Scot, married his long-time partner Jelena Ristic.
