Mark Webber has urged Jenson Button to join him over at the World Endurance Championship.
This, on the back of news that Fernando Alonso’s move from Ferrari to McLaren for 2015 is set to be announced soon, and its still unclear if McLaren would want to retain Button or Dane Kevin Magnussen in their other car.
The former Red Bull driver responded to a tweet by Button about his uncertain future, and encouraged him to quit the sport.
“Be mega to have you with/against us next year” he tweeted.
@JensonButton matey just sign that sports car contract and get on with it. Be mega to have you with/against us next year.#greatracing #JB22
